Jaguar and Land Rover Philippines Take Test Drives To A Whole New Level (With Video)

Coventry Motors, the official distributor of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, parts and accessories in the Philippines, today opened a three-day experiential event that showcases the capabilities of the two British brands’ greatest and latest vehicles. Dubbed Jaguar’s The Art of Performance Tour and Land Rover’s Above and Beyond Tour, the two-in-one event will run from May 25 to 27 at the Mega Tent along C5, Quezon City. 

The Philippine staging marks a first for Jaguar Land Rover Asia Pacific and for All British Cars, following the latter’s appointment as sole exclusive dealer earlier this year.  Both tours have been staged in various markets across the world where Jaguar and Land Rover have presence.

Today was a day exclusive to the media, while starting tomorrow, you, one of our avid readers, can participate in this one-of-a-kind driving event. Get to drive your dream Jaguar and/or Land Rover in a course that’s tailor made to feature the Jaguar brand’s sporting character, as well as Land Rover’s off-road pedigree.

The Art of Performance Tour will give participants an up-close and personal encounter with the Jaguar of their choice as they charge their way through various driving situations. From wet roads to speed courses and slaloms, customers and participants will have an appreciation of how a Jaguar responds in such situations. The course highlights a Jaguar’s performance capabilities on road, and is all about managing speed and having control of the vehicle. 

Meanwhile, the Above and Beyond Tour will excite participants as they conquer rigorous road conditions and terrains. From steep inclines and descents to sideway tilts and water pools, customers and participants will be able to know how to handle sticky situations that demand all the best there is in a Land Rover. The course highlights a Land Rover’s off-road prowess, demonstrating its capability in different terrain and environments.
