Mazda Philippines Reveals 2018 Mazda 2 Premium Series Line-Up

The Mazda 2 Premium Series line-up gets desirable upgrades for 2018.

Mazda Philippines has revealed the 2018 line-up of the Mazda 2 Premium Series. These new variants are called the Katana Edition and Java Edition.

The Katana Edition features Mazda’s signature Machine Gray premium paint, as well as a few blue and silver trimmings on the outside to highlight the Mazda 2 1.5 R Hatchback’s sleek and sporty character. The Java Edition, meanwhile, features Mazda’s Titanium Flash color, featuring a sleek brown hue that emphasizes the mature image of the Mazda 2. Thae are them complemented by a few red accents on the outside. Updated for 2018, the Mazda 2 1.5 R Crimson Edition will now feature the brand’s signature Soul Red Crystal paint, further adding depth to an already head turning variant of the Mazda 2.

Updates have also been made inside in order to elevate the driving experience, such as a new steering wheel and more plush materials. Elsewhere, the new Mazda 2 Premium Series receives a shark fin antenna, and for the base variant, 15-inch alloy wheels now come as standard.

You may drive the 2018 Mazda 2 Premium Series line-up at this week’s upcoming Mazda Zoom Fest, which will be held this coming June 15 to 17, 2018. Now on its fifth year, Zoom Fest brings together the full lineup of 2018 Mazda models along with special promotions that are sure to make purchasing a Mazda a worthwhile experience.
