Autohub Group is marking the turn of the decade with the launch of its new app. Called the Autohub Mobile App, this new innovative app will improve the brand’s customer service even further.
Autohub’s primary challenge is with its queuing system. Whenever customers try to call a dealer to book for a PMS appointment, their calls tend to get held for a long time before their query is answered due to the sheer number of customers simultaneously trying to book an appointment. With this new app, customers do not need to go through the hassle of being constantly redirected by an operator, thus making it easier to book an appointment.
Apart from that, the new app also has the ability to give real-time status updates regarding the progress of their vehicle’s servicing, letting customers focus on what they truly need to do rather than wait for their vehicle for hours on end in a dealership.
Autohub customers can download the iOS and Android app for free at the App Store or Google Play Store, respectively. All the customer needs to do to register is give their valid email address or log in via their Facebook account.
