Suzuki Philippines is certainly busy for 2020 with the impending launch of the XL7 and S-Presso, but while those two cars are certainly grabbing the headlines, the popular Ertiga 7-seater MPV isn’t resting in its laurels. As such, the Ertiga has been blessed with a number of upgrades in order to maintain its competitiveness.
For 2020, the Suzuki Ertiga gets a new set of alloy wheel designs on certain variants. This includes the addition of hubcap covers for the steel wheels found in the base GA variant, while the top trim GLX now gets two-tone polished 15-inch alloy wheels. As for the interior, the beige motif found in its predecessor has been ditched for a black interior theme that looks sleeker and easier to clean.
In terms of equipment, the GLX now gets an automatic climate control system, while all but the base GA variant now feature a center armrest for the rear seats.
Powertrain options for the Ertiga remain unchanged. It still uses the 1.5-liter K15B inline-4 petrol engine that produces 104 hp and 138 Nm of torque, mated to either a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic.
The 2020 Suzuki Ertiga is now available on all Suzuki dealers nationwide with the following prices:
GA MT: P743,000
GL MT: P863,000
GL AT: P903,000
GLX AT: P993,000
