As we progress through the second week of the enhanced community quarantine, more and more automakers are enhancing their services to give customers peace of mind during these trying times. Joining the list of brands introducing a 30-day grace period for preventive maintenance services and/or warranty claims is Nissan Philippines.
For its latest announcement, the Japanese automaker is now implementing a 30-day grace period for its customers who are due for their maintenance during the enhanced community quarantine. As for warranty claims, there will also be a 30-day grace period if it lapses during the enhanced community quarantine.
Not only are aftersales service covered because the Japanese automaker is also implementing a 30-day extension for Nissan Finance customers who are due for their payments within the enhanced community quarantine.
Nissan Philippines, along with other automakers, are implementing measures during these times to give its customers peace of mind during the quarantine period. Expect more automakers to continue to follow suit in the coming days or weeks.
