SsangYong Philippines reinvigorates the subcompact crossover market with the return of the SsangYong Tivoli Gas Sport. Slotting in between the range-topping Tivoli 1.6-liter Diesel Premium and the 1.6-liter Diesel Sport in specifications and features, the new gasoline engine offering in the SsangYong Tivoli lineup stands out to deliver the smooth and refined driving experience that car buyers and crossover shoppers are very familiar with.
The SsangYong Tivoli was given a refresh for the 2020 model year, giving this small SUV a sleeker look. For the new Tivoli Gas Sport, halogen headlamps come as standard, along with new LED taillights and new 18-inch alloy wheels.

The SsangYong Tivoli Gas Sport is powered by a 1.6-liter e-XDGi160 gasoline motor, rated at 128 hp and 160Nm of torque. Power is sent to the front wheels via a 6-speed automatic transmission.
As for safety, this new small SUV comes as standard with dual SRS airbags, ABS, Electronic Brakeforce Distribution and Brake Assist, a burglar alarm, and a rearview camera.
With its special Introductory offering of P970,000, which is P150,000 less than its actual SRP of P1,120,000, the SsangYong Tivoli Gas Sport is one of the most affordable gasoline-powered small SUVs currently on sale.
