Auto Nation Group, Inc., the official distributor of Mercedes-Benz vehicles in the Philippines, introduces the new Mercedes-Benz V-Class equipped with Luxury Seats. Will this new V-Class sway buyers away from the Lexus LM?
This new model features a completely new second-row captain’s chairs with electronic adjustment for the recline and the footrests. This addresses one of this model’s missing features, which is the lack of a footrest, which its key competitor has. Apart from these new luxury seats, it’s still the same V-Class we’ve become accustomed to. This means that interior occupants get to enjoy features such as an Audio 20 infotainment system, moveable rear console with folding tables, Burmester surround sound system, ambient LED lighting, just to name a few.
On the outside, this new V-Class with Luxury Seats is equipped with features like adaptive LED headlights, five twin-spoke alloy wheels, chrome grille, power sliding doors, and a power liftgate.
Under the hood of the V-Class with Luxury Seats is the same 2.1-liter inline-4 turbo diesel engine as before, which means it produces 163 hp and 380 Nm of torque, with power being sent to the rear wheels via a 7-speed automatic transmission.
As for safety, this new V-Class comes as standard with Active Park Assist autonomous parking feature, 360-degree camera, Attention Assist driver attention warning, just to name a few.
The new Mercedes-Benz V-Class with Luxury Seats is now on sale in limited numbers at all Mercedes-Benz dealers nationwide. Pricing for this variant is at P4,690,000, which is similar in pricing as the V-Class Avantgarde Long.
