Mitsubishi PH Gives Strada Athlete An All-Black Treatment For P1.764M

Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) introduces the new Jet Black Mica color to the Mitsubishi Strada Athlete. The blacked-out edition of the versatile pick-up truck projects a more tough and aggressive look to its already robust design.

Matching its tough aesthetics, the Strada Athlete boasts several design elements that make it stand out. The Mitsubishi pickup truck has side decals that extend from the rear doors up to the tailgate. Black exterior design trimmings on the front “Dynamic Shield” grille, side mirror turn lamp, styling bar, and 18-inch alloy wheels that exude a very sharp look. 

Complementing the new shade is a blacked-out rear spoiler and front bumper. The orange leather seats also have black accents to blend with the theme.

Accompanying the strong appeal of the Strada Athlete projects are a number of smart safety features that will assure an easy and worry-free drive:

• Forward Collision Mitigation (FCM) provides both visual and audible driver warnings that help prevent accidents
• Ultrasonic Misacceleration Mitigation System (UMS) which prevents adverse pedal misapplication
• Blind Spot Warning with Lane Change Assist (BSW with LCA) provides both visual and audible warnings for the driver when an adjacent vehicle is concealed in its blind spot
• Rear Cross-Traffic Alert (RCTA) acts as your parking assistant by alerting the driver of any oncoming vehicle when reversing out of a parking spot.

For heavier duties, the Strada Athlete is also equipped with Mitsubishi Active Stability and Traction Control (M-ASTC) and Trailer Stability Assist, ensuring performance and safety under heavy loads. Moreover, conquer ramps and steep slopes with the pickup’s Hill Descent Control and Hill Start Assist.

The Mitsubishi Strada Athlete is currently sold at a price of P1,764,000 for the 4WD variant and is available to all dealers nationwide.
