Maxus Alabang Is The Brand’s 9th Dealership In The Philippines

Maxus Philippines formally inaugurated the Maxus Alabang dealership on February 4, its 9th since launching the brand in the country in June 2019.  Maxus is the 6th global brand partner of AC Motors, the automotive distribution and retail group of Ayala Corporation. 

The official opening witnessed executives from Maxus Philippines and AC Motors. The ceremony was attended by AC Motors Automobile Group President Antonio “Toti” Zara III, Automobile Central Enterprise Inc President Felipe Estrella, Maxus Philippines General Manager Jun Cajayon, and Iconic Dealership Inc (IDI) Chief Operating Officer (COO) Bob Palanca.

The new Maxus Alabang dealership, the 5th under the IDI group, is located at Investment Drive along the busy and accessible Alabang-Zapote Road in Madrigal Business Park, Muntinlupa City.

 The new dealership accommodates a 4-vehicle showroom display, with a customer lounge, parts and accessories display, and service reception; ample customer parking; express service bays, general repair work bays, and a body and paint repair bay. 

Maxus Philippines General Manager Jun Cajayon expressed his excitement over the motoring possibilities Maxus Alabang could bring to the area. “The socioeconomic growth in the Muntinlupa and the Calabarzon (Cavite-Laguna-Batangas-Rizal-Quezon) areas, in which the Alabang area sits right in the middle of, provides the optimum conditions in which Maxus can showcase its full worth, for both the lifestyle and business purposes of the people. The Maxus Alabang dealership will be able to provide such products and services promptly and efficiently,” he explained.

IDI COO Bob Palanca, on the other hand, sees the Maxus Alabang dealership opening inroads for new customers even beyond the NCR. “Muntinlupa City is a gateway to the south for those coming from the north, as well as for our travelers coming from south as far as from Visayas and Mindanao. With the easy accessibility of the Maxus Alabang dealership, chances are quite high that we will conduct business with customers from far beyond the city.” Palanca said.  

With its opening, Maxus Alabang joins Maxus dealerships strategically located nationwide, in Makati City, Mandaluyong City, Quezon Avenue in Quezon City, Taguig South in Taguig City, and in the cities of Cebu, Bacolod, Iloilo, and Cagayan De Oro. The new dealership opening also signifies Maxus Philippines’ continuing commitment to expand its business and services across the country, with another soon-to-open dealership in the Davao area within the Mindanao region.
