GAC Motor Philippines delivered another milestone in its growth journey by surpassing 1,000 units in total retail sales for 2023–a record achievement for the brand since being under global mobility company Astara.
In a report to the CAMPI, GAC Motor achieved year-to-date retail sales of 1,017 units as of August, underscoring its strong presence and commitment to delivering top-notch vehicles that offer the best value in the market.
GAC Motor’s growing success this year can be attributed to the increasing popularity of its vehicles, particularly the 7-seater GS8 SUV and the all-new GS3 Emzoom, which have been well-received by customers. These vehicles consistently demonstrate GAC Motor’s commitment to high-quality, fine craftsmanship, and innovation.
Franz Decloedt, Brand Head of GAC Motor, expressed his enthusiasm about the company’s achievement: “We are beyond thrilled to share yet another remarkable milestone for GAC. In a mere eight months, we have proudly welcomed over 1,000 delighted GAC owners across the nation. Our optimism and determination are stronger than ever as we set our sights on breaking the 2,000 mark by year-end. The company also appointed four new dealers, which will be part of the growing network to sell GAC Motor vehicles and offer after-sales service. Decloedt added, “We are fully committed to accelerate our network growth across the country as this will enhance the accessibility of GAC and help ensure a convenient purchase and worry-free after-sales experience for all our customers wherever they may be.”
In addition to the brand’s milestones in retail sales and network growth, GAC Motor also expanded its product line-up with the recent launch of the GS8 4WD model at the GAC Discovery Drive Fest held last August 25 at the Glorietta.
