Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) introduces the new and limited Xpander Cross Outdoor Edition. This MPV with crossover aesthetics and qualities has been enhanced with features that improve its usability as well as being able to function more as a vehicle that’s suitable to the ever-growing popularity of camping.
The Xpander Cross Outdoor Edition sets itself apart from the standard models with its tailgate spoiler, tailgate garnish, mudguard, and rear bumper protector. Further adding a touch of toughness to the vehicle, a captivating new color option is introduced: Green Bronze Metallic, which is only available for this variant.
Mitsubishi Motors partners with Ogawa, a Japanese Outdoor brand, to enhance the vigorous lifestyle that the Xpander Cross Outdoor Edition represents. It comes with exclusive Ogawa gears and items, enriching the outdoor experience and making each family adventure truly memorable. These exclusive accessories from Ogawa include:

- Two Camping Chairs with travel case
- Mesh Table (adjustable height) with carrying bag
Unsurprisingly, this edition of the Xpander Cross uses the same 1.5-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine as before, which produces 104 horsepower and 141 Nm of torque. This is mated to a 4-speed automatic that drives the front wheels. One of its highlights to improve the driving experience, however, is a new Active Yaw Control system. It’s basically their own version of torque vectoring by braking, which should help improve this MPV’s handling characteristics.
Only 300 units of the Xpander Cross Outdoor Edition will be available at all Mitsubishi dealerships nationwide starting October 1, 2023. The limited edition of Xpander Cross can be yours for P1,363,000.
