2024 Nissan Urvan Comes With Added Safety Features, P1.240M Base Price

Nissan Philippines announces the launch of the refreshed 2024 Nissan Urvan. Boasting a host of features and advanced safety technologies, the updated Urvan aims to redefine the standard for family vans and fleet vehicles.

The 2024 Nissan Urvan now benefits from a new feature from the Nissan Intelligent Mobility suite of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), namely High Beam Assist, that works on top of the automatic headlamps. As part of the update,  Vehicle Dynamics Control (VDC) is now a standard feature on all variants. Previously exclusive to the Premium variant, this system enhances stability by monitoring and adjusting engine power and brake application, providing an extra layer of control during sudden maneuvers or adverse road conditions.

The updates made to the new Urvan provide a safe and secure workhorse for its various use cases. Whether used as a fleet vehicle for the transportation of cargo or by individuals ferrying passengers, the 2024 Urvan also benefits from an auto-dimming rearview mirror as standard. Anti-lock braking system (ABS) with electronic brake force distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist (BA) are also offered on all variants, while six SRS airbags are limited to the GX and Premium variants.

As for engines, these remain unchanged as all variants still come with a 2.5-liter turbo diesel engine that produces 129 horsepower and 356 Nm of torque. This is mated to either a five-speed manual or a five-speed automatic.
