Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH) continues to build up its presence in the local market through the introduction of the high-performance sub-brand N. Visitors of the upcoming Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) will be the first to witness the debut of the first local model of Hyundai’s N performance division, the new Elantra N motorsports-inspired sedan.

So for those who enjoy and are passionate about high performance, we are pleased to share with you that our technology powerhouse, N, is arriving in the country,” said President Dongwook Lee. “To all existing, and soon-to-be, ‘N-thusiasts’, we are excited to be giving you access to the ground-breaking cars that came out of our rolling lab. Outstanding pleasure and that fun-to-drive thrill will be at arm’s reach starting this April”.

Hyundai’s N performance brand for high-performance cars, technologies, and motorsports activities. Its name takes after Hyundai Motor’s R&D Center in Namyang, Korea and Technical Center in Nürburgring, Germany. Founded upon 3 main pillars which are Corner Rascal, Everyday Sportscar, and Racetrack Capability. The brainstorming and testing grounds then act as the bridge from tracks to roads, from race cars to production models. Ultimately, N aims to harness Hyundai’s rich heritage and experience in racing and rallying unto road-going cars to bring back the thrill of driving.
The Hyundai booth will be located at D4 in the Main Hall, as well as the North Wing, in front of the Main Entrance, of the World Trade Center. From April 4 to 7, the new Elantra N takes the limelight alongside the Elantra N TCR, the 2023 winner of the TCR World Tour Drivers’ Championship.
Hyundai’s latest lineup of MPV and SUV models from Hyundai shall be on display too though. These are the Creta, the Custin, the new generation Santa Fe, the Stargazer X, the Staria, and the Tucson. The brand’s multi-awarded electric vehicles, the Ioniq 5 and the Ioniq 6, shall also be present. Some of these will be sporting some Hyundai Genuine Accessories that can be availed on-site.
