2025 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado Silently Lands In PH, Priced At P4.8M

The 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado has finally reached the Philippines, and it’s priced at P4.8 million—a huge jump from before.

Toyota Motor Philippines has silently launched the new generation Prado. Called the Land Cruiser 250 overseas, the 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado maintains its original name for the Philippine market.

Only one fully loaded variant will be sold in the Philippines, and it’s only available in three colors: Platinum White Pearl Mica, Attitude Black Mica, and Avant-Garde Bronze Metallic. So don’t expect any of the colorful options you see in overseas markets. Because they brought in the most premium variant whose design mirrors that of the Kakadu variant in Australia, you get 20-inch wheels, a moonroof, body-colored body cladding, and a vertical grill design with the modern Toyota logo and rectangular LED headlights instead of the vintage-looking grille with the rounded LED headlights.

As for the interior, expect every available feature to be equipped in the 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado. You get two 12.3-inch screens for the gauges and the Toyota Audio Multimedia infotainment system, a 10-speaker sound system, power-adjustable front seats, seat ventilation for all three rows, a moonroof, a rear entertainment system, and black leather upholstery, just to name a few.

In terms of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), the full Toyota Safety Sense suite is fitted to the Land Cruiser Prado, which means you get stuff like Pre-Collision System, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Lane Tracing Assist, Blind Sport Monitor, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, and also a 360-degree camera.

Finally, when it comes to the drivetrain and chassis, the 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado gets a 2.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder gasoline engine that’s good for 281 horsepower and 430 Nm of torque. This is sent through a four-wheel drive (4WD) system and an eight-speed automatic. Furthermore, the Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) is also fitted to this model, while the 4WD system comes with the Torsen limited-slip differential (LSD).

Pricing for the 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado starts at P4.8 million, a more than P1 million price jump from the previous model. The reason why the launch was silent is due to the long queues that this car already has at the moment.
