The Audi Q3 is one of the German premium automaker’s best-selling vehicles. Sitting below the compact Q5, the subcompact Q3 offers a balanced size with Audi’s typical German ingenuity and design. For its complete redesign, the third-generation 2026 Audi Q3 builds on the previous model’s larger footprint, whilst adding a dose of style and personality to the way it looks.

And indeed, what a looker it is. Here at Go Flat Out PH, we do appreciate the effort that Audi has made with the new generation Q3. In typical Audi fashion, the front end is dominated by the brand’s signature Singleframe grille. It features a sporty mesh design, and this is accompanied by separate adaptive matrix LED headlights that are visually connected to the lower air intakes. The separate LED daytime running lights can be customized with four different light signatures, as well as animations when approaching or leaving the vehicle.

Like many of Audi’s newer offerings, the Q3’s side profile focuses on a sporty stance, featuring broader shoulders and a sportier roofline. Lastly, the sporty rear fascia is complemented by new split LED taillights that conform to the shape of the Q3’s rear fenders. The Audi logo also illuminates, and this is complemented by a sporty rear bumper with a mesh pattern. Speaking of sportiness, what you’re seeing in these photos is the S Line version. The standard versions have not yet been revealed, but we expect them to look a little more tame and elegant than the sporty S Line.

As for the interior, the 2026 Audi Q3 adopts the brand’s Digital Stage aesthetic, wherein an 11.9-inch screen is blended with the main 12.8-inch MMI infotainment screen. Like in the newer Audis, this is now running an Android Automotive-based operating system with an AI-based voice assistant.

What you’ll also notice is the reinvented stalks, because the electronic gear selector is now a stalk on the right side of the steering column. This has resulted in the wiper stalks being integrated together with the light controls.
Like in the Q6 e-tron we recently drove, those ambient lights will also provide warnings and indicators to the car’s advanced driver-assist systems. Also, a design highlight is its door panels, which can feature illumination through 300 laser-cut holes. Lastly, providing in-car entertainment is its available Sonos premium surround-sound system.

As for the rest of the interior, the overall dash design is expectedly premium, plus Audi is also proud to highlight their increased use of sustainable materials. For instance, the standard cloth upholstery is made out of Econyl, which is made out of recycled nylon fiber from old fishing nets, carpet remnants, and other waste.
Numerous engine choices are available for the 2026 Audi Q3, but it’s still unknown which will reach the Philippines. There’s a 1.5-liter turbo four-cylinder that produces 148 horsepower, along with a 2.0-liter turbo four that produces 261 horsepower. There’s also a 2.0-liter turbo diesel version that produces 148 horsepower. A seven-speed dual-clutch is fitted to these engines.
Interestingly, there’s a new, plug-in hybrid version, which combines a 1.5-liter turbo four-cylinder with an electric motor, which offers a total system output of 268 horsepower. With a 19.7 kWh battery, it has a WLTP-rated range of 120 kilometers. The battery can be fast charged via DC at up to 50 kW, enabling a 10 to 80 percent charge in just 30 minutes. For the plug-in hybrid, a six-speed automatic is fitted, though weirdly enough, it only comes in front-wheel drive (FWD).
With the 2026 Audi Q3 now revealed, a Philippine launch through Audi’s distributor, PGA Cars, could happen in the first quarter of next year. Europe will be the Q3’s first market, as Germany will already be receiving this premium subcompact SUV by October this year.
