Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation has revealed the revised Toyota Alphard, and with it, brings new first class luxury features, convenience, and comfort to the discerning buyer.
Since the nameplate’s launch in 2010, the Alphard has become the default choice for executives who look for a luxury van, or for families looking for a luxurious family hauler. It’s very common to see these in posh villages, financial districts, hotels, and high end malls around the country.

New for this model are a slightly revised front end, now sporting its own unique badge, a tradition usually seen in Japanese-market Toyotas, such as the Soarer, Aristo, Harrier, and MR2. The front end now carries a slightly more aggressive design, with its bold grille, sharp LED headlights with LED daytime running lights, and sequential LED turn signals, the first for a Toyota in the Philippines.

The 2018 Toyota Alphard’s interior also gets a refresh, such as a new instrument cluster, center console, and a new electronic parking brake. For this model year, it gains features such as heated and cooled seats up front, powered ottomans for the second row, and a powered tailgate.
Powering the Toyota Alphard is Toyota’s robust 3.5 liter Dual VVT-i V6 engine, generating 275 hp and 340 Nm of torque. Power is sent through the front wheels via a new 8-speed automatic transmission. Equipped with idling start/stop technology, which shuts off the engine when the vehicle is stopped for a few seconds, fuel economy is expected to improve for this model year.
Keeping occupants in check inside are 7 airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, and hill start assist.
The Toyota Alphard will arrive in dealers very soon with a starting price of P3,580,000 (+P15,000 for the White Pearl color option).
