A little about a month ago, Suzuki announced that they posted an impressive 14% growth during H1 2019, cementing it at sixth among the entire automotive industry. As of July 2019, Suzuki is now the fifth best-selling brand, overtaking Ford and marking an impressive start of Suzuki’s H2 of 2019.
For the month of July, SPH grabs the 4th place among automotive brands for the month-to-date and climbs to the 5th spot for the year-to-date ranking in the industry, the highest in the history of the brand with a 41% sales growth vs. last year.
Suzuki Philippines attributes the sales uptake and positive growth to all-new Ertiga, Swift and Celerio, which have been consistent in driving sales and building up the brand’s standing in the market.
Spurred by the back-to-back successes in H1 2019 and with consistent marketing efforts, Suzuki Philippines warms up for an upcoming wave of initiatives for the remaining months of the year. These include the ongoing series of Auto Festival exhibits at SM City BF Parañaque (August 17-18), SM City General Santos (September 21-22) and SM City Davao (October 26-27).
