Ford Philippines is “Going Further” east by expanding its retail footprint with the launch of a new dealership facility in Marikina operated by a new dealer group.
“The addition of a new Ford dealership in our growing network in the country testifies to the growing preference for the Ford brand in the country as we continue to widen our reach to customers in the eastern part of Manila. Ford Marikina is Ford’s 49th dealership facility in the Philippines and is one of the biggest dealerships of the automotive company in the country, operating on a total floor area of 11,000 square meters with an 8-car showroom display, 26 service bays including express service, body repair and paint, and two interactive bays.
Ford Marikina is one of the first dealership facilities in the country to follow the new global dealership branding guidelines of Ford, showcasing a more globally-aligned exterior and interior look and feel. This new direction is called Ford Signature, providing customers with a better dealership environment and experience. For the exterior, Ford Marikina is retaining the current global brand identity for consistency, as seen in the dealership facility’s brand wall, entrance tower, and Ford signage.
For its interior, Ford Marikina is providing customers with a more engaging, interactive, and inclusive environment. A welcome pod greets all customers coming into the dealership, while the improved vehicle display space allows for optimal vehicle presentation. Purchase rooms are designed to encourage a smooth interaction between customers and the sales staff. A community and social area provide an engaging multi-functional space for social and community events. The refreshed interiors also include a customer lounge that allows customers to connect online, charge their gadgets, or work remotely. There is also an enhanced celebration bay and service reception area.
The new dealership facility will soon be enabled by new technological features that will help facilitate faster and more customer-focused sales and after-sales delivery. It will also aim to connect the customer’s online purchasing journey with the on-ground, in-store environment, paving the way for a more connected, seamless, and best-in-class automotive retail experience.
