Honda Cars PH Implements A 30-Day Grace Period For Its Warranty And PMS

Honda Cars Philippines is introducing a 30-day grace period for customers who are still under their warranties. This includes both PMS and warranty claims.

As the enhanced community quarantine progresses, more and more automakers are enhancing their services to give customers peace of mind during these trying times. Joining the list of brands introducing a 30-day grace period for preventive maintenance services and/or warranty claims is Japanese automaker Honda.

Honda Cars Philippines is one with the government’s initiatives to stop the spread of the COVID-19. This is why the company is now implementing a 30-day grace period for vehicles that are still under their warranty. This includes preventive maintenance services and warranty claims. If your vehicle is already due for its sixth month/10,000-kilometer maintenance during the enhanced community quarantine period, there will be a 30-day grace period from your original preventive maintenance date.

As for warranty claims, if your vehicle’s 3-year/100,000 kilometer warranty falls within the enhanced community quarantine period, a 30-day grace period is also implemented. This is also the case for customers who opted for the Honda Protect Plus Extended Warranty program, which adds two years and 40,000 kilometers to the standard warranty.

Honda Cars PH Enhances Its Warranty And PMS Amid Enhanced Community Quarantine

Honda Cars Philippines advises to its customers to contact their dealers immediately once the enhanced community quarantine has been lifted in order to keep their vehicles in optimum condition and to avoid the hassle of long queues.
