Ford Philippines joins the list of automotive companies enhancing their services to customers affected by the enhanced community quarantine. With this in place, all Ford dealers in Luzon remain closed. This is why the American automaker is implementing measures to help its customers during the enhanced community quarantine.
Ford Philippines today officially announces the extension of its vehicle warranty. Eligible customers whose coverage will expire during the quarantine period will be given an extension of up to one month after the quarantine is lifted.
This is also the case for customers who availed Ford’s optional Premium Extended Warranty covers the parts and labor to repair thousands of key components for up to five years or 150,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. This includes engine, transmission, steering, brakes, front suspensions, electrical components, and more.
As we progress through our first week with the enhanced community quarantine in place, expect even more automakers to introduce enhanced aftersales services amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
