Toyota PH Implements 30-Day Grace Period For Warranties And PMS

Toyota Motor Philippines is also implementing a 30-day grace period for its warranties and preventive maintenance services.

A few days ago, Toyota Motor Philippines announced it is introducing a 30-day grace period for customers who are due for their payments during the enhanced community quarantine. The Japanese automaker says that it will also be implementing the same measure for its preventive maintenance services and warranties.

If your Toyota is already due for its maintenance during the enhanced community quarantine period, there will be a 30-day grace period from your original preventive maintenance date. As for warranty claims, if your vehicle’s warranty will also end at any point within the enhanced community quarantine period, a 30-day grace period from the end date will also be implemented. This is also the case for customers who opted for the Japanese automaker’s extended warranty promos that are bundled with the vehicle they purchased.
