If you’ve always wanted a Nissan Navara Pro-4X, but without the 4×4 system, then you’re finally in luck. Say hello to the 2022 Nissan Navara Calibre-X, which will only be sold in limited quantities, though the specific unit count was not specified.
Priced at P1,526,000, the 2022 Nisan Navara Calibre-X adopts most of the Pro-4X’s exterior goodies such as the full LED headlights, all-black exterior trim, black alloy wheels, black roof rails, black door handles, and the various orange contrasting accents on the wheel arches, front skid plate, and Nissan emblem. Your only indicator that this is the Calibre-X variant is the graphics on its bed.
As for its interior, it gets the same black leather upholstery as the Pro-4X, along with that model’s 8-inch Nissan Connect infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, smart entry with push-button start, multi-function steering wheel, just to name a few. It also comes with the Nissan Intelligent Mobility suite of advanced driver-assistance tech, which includes automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, blind spot warning, rear cross traffic alert, and a 360-degree camera.
Under the hood of the 2022 Nissan Navara Calibre-X is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder turbo-diesel engine that produces 190 horsepower and 450 Nm of torque, and as mentioned, this is sent to just the rear wheels via a 7-speed automatic transmission.
If you want to personally check out this new variant of the Nissan Navara, better head to the 2022 Manila International Auto Show, which runs from today until April 10, 2022, at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.
