At P2.588M, Is The 2024 MG Marvel R Electric SUV Worth A Look?

Apart from the MG 4 electric hatchback, the Sino-British automaker has also launched another electric vehicle (EV) in the form of the 2024 MG Marvel R. The Marvel R serves as MG’s flagship offering in the Philippines, and it’s a crossover SUV that focuses on delivering refinement, craftsmanship and cutting-edge features.

The refinement aspect starts with its design, wherein the 2024 MG Marvel R has a very elegant design that also manages to be sleek and sporty. This is called MG’s Evolution Design, which is characterized by simple lines but sleek proportions. The 2,800 mm wheelbase is not just extremely long thanks to its EV-focused platform, but it also gives the Marvel R short front and rear overhangs that contribute to its athletic stance as well as a well-packaged interior. Priced at P2,588,888, the 2024 MG Marvel R is also the priciest MG on sale in the Philippines. Then again, with plenty of features and a long-range, that’s the price you pay when you want the best electric experience out of your MG.
