Jetour Auto Philippines has recently launched a new variant of the brand’s highly popular Dashing crossover SUV. Called the Jetour Dashing Symphony, the highlight of this variant is its new sound system that promises to offer a more immersive audio experience.
That “symphony” is courtesy of a specially-designed sound system by JL Audio, which consists of a subwoofer, a 4-channel JL Audio power amplifier fitted at the rear passenger area, JL Audio component speakers on each of the doors, plus two woofers and two tweeters. Lastly, a trunk speaker with an amplified has also been fitted.
Externally, there are only two hints that separate the special edition Symphony from the standard Dashing. The most obvious difference is its Aurora Green paint, and it’s the only color you could get for the Dashing Symphony. There’s also a symphony badge at the rear, but everything else is business as usual for this variant.
The Jetour Dashing Symphony isn’t all just about the sound. The crossover SUV also comes with the usual tech features that the Dashing has been known for, such as the panoramic sunroof, hidden flushed door handles, the Smart Rubik’s Cube smart key with remote start engine, and its large infotainment system with a 12.8-inch touchscreen and Bluetooth connectivity. Safety continues to play a huge role in the Dashing’s driving experience with its intelligent security system featuring lateral and backward collision warnings and a 360-degree camera.
Powering the Jetour Dashing Symphony is a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that produces 156 horsepower and 230 Nm of torque, which drives the front wheels via a six-speed dual-clutch transmission.
The limited-edition Jetour Dashing Symphony in Aurora Green is now available for P1,523,000, while for reference, the standard Dashing retails for P1,373,000.
