ACMobility, Ayala’s automotive arm that handles Kia Philippines, proudly announces the port arrival of the Kia Sonet, the brand’s latest crossover offering. Initial stocks of the small SUV are already in the country ahead of its official introduction this June.

Kia Philippines is strategically expanding its extensive local portfolio with the addition of the Kia Sonet. This decision follows the successful launch of the new Kia Seltos in November 2023, demonstrating the company’s commitment to providing a diverse range of high-quality vehicles to the Philippine market.

Looking to fulfill the mobility needs of first-car buyers, the Kia Sonet is set to enter the competitive small SUV segment with its striking looks, cutting-edge features, and an interior that puts style and functionality at the forefront. Kia has not yet revealed the specs, but based on the photos we’re seeing, there will be a variant with black contrasting roof pillars, though the headlight designs of all models appear to be similar. We likewise still have no clue on what its interior features will be, but overseas models come with a pair of 10.25-inch screens for the digital instrument cluster and the main infotainment system.
What we do know is that, the Kia Sonet has an indicative price that starts at P770,000. If you’re interested in the Sonet, even if you still don’t know the specs at the moment, you can now pre-order and reserve yours at any of Kia’s 40 dealerships nationwide.
“The Kia Sonet is one of the most popular models in Kia’s global lineup, and it promises to fulfill the needs of young individuals and families with its crossover credentials and rich feature set,” shares Brian Buendia, Chief Operating Officer of Kia Philippines.
