Third-Generation 2025 Porsche Panamera Arrives In PH

The 2025 Porsche Panamera is now in the Philippines, more digital than ever as well as offering unparalleled levels of sportiness and luxury.

Porsche Philippines has finally brought in the 2025 Porsche Panamera, which made its global debut in November 2023. The new Panamera builds upon the previous generation model’s seamless blend of luxury and unparalleled sports car performance whilst combining technologies that make this the most digital Panamera to date.

While the gravity of the changes is not apparent at first inspection, the 2025 Porsche Panamera shares no exterior panel with the outgoing model. In typical Porsche fashion, the generational change is evolutionary rather than revolutionary, but that’s no bad thing as the incremental changes still make this the most beautiful Panamera to our eyes. The larger central air intakes give the Panamera a sense of aggression, while the new adaptive matrix LED headlights not only look good, but also improve visibility without blinding other drivers.

Perhaps the biggest change that will easily identify this as the third-generation model is its C-pillar, which has a slightly more upright and angular kink to the window line. The side gills are better integrated into the design as well, while the windows themselves are more flushed and seamlessly integrated with the car’s pillars, this making the profile look flatter. Finally, the rear end still has the signature two-stage spoiler, while the full-width LED taillights are now slimmer in appearance.

The high amount of digitalization for the 2025 Porsche Panamera is reflected inside. Like the rest of the Porsche range, the Panamera ditches the middle analog tachometer in favor of a purely digital 12.6-inch curved screen. This is complemented by the 10.9-inch Porsche Communication Management infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. There’s also a Bose surround sound system, and ambient LED lighting, while some of its optional extras include another 10.9-inch passenger-side display, a mightier Burmester surround sound system, ventilated front seats, and a panoramic sunroof (as shown in the blue high-specification model), just to name a few.

For now, Porsche Philippines is only offering one variant of the new Panamera, and that’s the base version with a 2.9-liter turbocharged gas V6 that produces 348 horsepower and 499 Nm of torque–a 23 hp and 50 Nm increase over the previous model. This is good for a 0-60 mph time of five seconds, while power is sent through the rear wheels via an eight-speed PDK dual-clutch automatic.

Porsche takes pride in its handling and chassis tuning, so you can expect the Panamera to remain as the segment’s only four-door sports car. The adaptive air suspension now comes with the increasing popularity of two-chamber technology (one chamber each for compression and rebound) while the new Porsche Active Ride air suspension is only available in the E-Hybrid models that will probably be launched locally in the future. The latter system not only eliminates body roll, but the individual control of each wheel enables a nearly uninterrupted ride, even in the worst imperfections.

The 2025 Porsche Panamera is now on sale in the Philippines, which you can view at the Porsche Center Philippines along EDSA Greenhills. As usual, pricing is only available upon request, but the model on sale in the Philippines is estimated at around P13 million.
