Pricing for the 2025 Honda HR-V has finally been revealed. The base version starting at P1,450,000, and the hybrid retailing for P1,799,000.

Honda Cars Philippines has revealed today the prices of the 2025 Honda HR-V, which is now being offered for the first time with a hybrid version (branded as e:HEV). The base S starts at P1,450,000, the mid-spec V (shown in white) starts at P1,519,000, while the range-topping RS e:HEV (shown in brown) retails for P1,799,000.

But as a recap, here’s what you get in the 2025 Honda HR-V. Powering the range-topping HR-V RS e:HEV is a 1.5-liter e:HEV hybrid system, which combines a 1.5-liter four-cylinder naturally-aspirated gasoline engine with an electric motor that drives the front wheels through an e-CVT. The total system output is 131 horsepower and a strong 253 Nm of torque.

Saying its goodbye for 2025, however, is the 1.5-liter turbo drivetrain. Instead, all other HR-V variants will now only get the 1.5-liter non-turbo four-cylinder i-VTEC engine that produces 121 horsepower and 145 Nm of torque. This is likewise sent to the front wheels via a CVT.

Apart from the hybrid system, all variants get aesthetic and tech upgrades. There will be three variants on sale: S, V, and RS e:HEV. All three variants get the reshaped slimmer hexagonal and restyled front bumpers. Even the base S now rides on two-tone 18-inch wheels, while full LED exterior lighting is also a standard feature. Also new for 2025 is a hands-free powered tailgate, but this is only for the range-topping RS e:HEV.

Moving inside, the aesthetic changes are mostly reserved for minor trim improvements, though in terms of features, all variants get added content as standard. For instance, leather upholstery, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, dual-zone automatic climate control, and wireless charging are now offered even in the base S. Also new for this year is the 8-inch infotainment system, which is now running a newer operating system with more modern graphics and an updated interface. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are also standard across all variants.

As for safety, all variants come with the Honda Sensing suite of advanced driver-assistance systems, which includes automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, full-speed adaptive cruise control, and automatic high beams. This is on top of the usual suite of rear parking sensors, a reverse camera, and a suite of airbags.
