Audi Philippines, through PGA Cars, chose the World of Supercars event last weekend to launch seven new models. In Audi’s case, one of its two new models is the most powerful production car that the four-rings brand has ever produced. Say hello to the facelifted 2025 Audi RS e-tron GT Performance, the pinnacle of the brand’s electric car prowess embodied in a four-door grand tourer (GT) body.

Taking center stage in the RS e-tron GT is its dual electric motors that produce a whopping 912 horsepower, making the RS e-tron GT Performance the most powerful Audi to date. But, wait, didn’t we say in the headline that it produces 925 horsepower? Well, that’s when you activate its boost mode, which by then, lets the RS e-tron GT Performance rocket off from zero to 100 kph in just 2.5 seconds.

With great power comes great responsibility, and therefore, Audi has fitted new brakes to the RS e-tron GT. As standard, you get tungsten carbide-coated discs, but carbon-fiber ceramic discs and 10-piston front calipers can be fitted as an optional extra. Finally, to make the RS e-tron GT corner better, upgrades have been made to the standard air suspension and the optional active suspension, now offering a “nearly horizontal during dynamic braking, steering, and acceleration,” and this is complemented by rear-wheel steering that makes this vehicle feel even more agile.
There’s another party trick that the active suspension can achieve. Simply opening the doors will raise the ride height by 77 mm in merely a second for easy entry and exit. Once inside, you’ll see that the interior changes are rather subtle. The visual upgrades are limited to new seats, a new steering wheel, and, of course, a selection of new interior colors, trims, and upholsteries.

As for the exterior, the 2025 Audi RS e-tron GT has been given a revised front end. The grille looks cleaner and more minimalist, while the RS e-tron GT Performance gets a more aggressive design. Fitted to this particular unit is the Forged Carbon, which adds forged carbon parts surrounding the air intakes, the rocker panels, and the rear diffuser. This package also adds a carbon fiber roof. 21-inch wheels also come as standard, which feature multiple design choices to suit your taste.
With the 2025 Audi RS e-tron GT Performance now in the Philippines, we expect the other two variants, the RS e-tron GT, S e-tron GT, and the standard e-tron GT, to be eventually sold in our market in the coming months.
