Geely Motor Philippines (GMP) sold 1,023 vehicles in September 2026, the first time it has crossed the 1,000-unit mark in a single month. This exceptional performance marks the highest single-month sales volume in the company’s history since commencing operations as a direct subsidiary of Geely Auto International.
The milestone underscores the growing trust and preference of Filipino consumers for Geely’s innovative, technology-driven, and high-value vehicle lineup. Two electrified models led the month. The all-electric Geely EX2 recorded 470 units, while the Geely EX5 EM-i plug-in hybrid added 345 units. Together, they made up nearly 80 percent of September volume, a clear sign of growing Filipino demand for Geely’s electrified vehicles.
The complete breakdown of September 2026 sales by model is as follows:
| Model | Units Sold (Sept 2026) |
| Geely EX2 | 470 |
| Geely EX5 EM-i | 345 |
| Geely Okavango | 76 |
| Geely Coolray | 53 |
| Geely EX5 | 31 |
| Geely GX3 Pro | 26 |
| Geely Emgrand | 22 |
| Total September Sales | 1,023 |
These sales numbers were made possible by the unwavering support and dedication of Geely’s strong dealer network nationwide. The achievement was particularly driven by the outstanding performance of the top three dealer groups: MG Gateway Group, ANC+ Group of Companies, and D&J Auto. The dealer network’s commitment to delivering excellent customer service and expanding Geely’s reach has been instrumental in reaching this historic milestone.
GMP expects this momentum to continue through the rest of 2026, supported by two key developments in the coming months.
First, the company is preparing for the local launch of the Geely Monjaro EM-i, its flagship Super Hybrid SUV, which brings electrified performance and premium comfort to Filipino families. Additionally, the company’s market footprint will be significantly amplified by the strategic inclusion of Lynk & Co as an official brand operated by Geely Motor Philippines.
